Penati Slovak Open 2025 / Three playing days with Cut and increased Prize Money to €30,000

Penati Slovak Open 2025: Slovakia will once again welcome the golf elite, with Rory Sabbatini as the tournament ambassador.

September 7-10, 2025 is the date when Penati Golf Resort near Senica will once again become the venue for the top golf event in Slovakia. The ninth annual Penati Slovak Open 2025, which will be held on the iconic Legend Course by Nicklaus Design, will welcome top professional and amateur players from all over Europe. The tournament ambassador is Rory Sabbatini, Olympic silver medalist and winner of the 2019 Slovak Open.

The organizers are bringing several innovations. The total prize money for the tournament has been increased to €30,000, with the winner taking home €10,000, donated directly by Penati Golf Resort. The tournament is also counted in the WAGR world amateur rankings, making it extremely attractive for at least 18 amateur players.

After two rounds, a CUT will be applied to the top 30 professionals, through which amateurs can also enter – but they do not play for financial prizes. Professionals have guaranteed payouts based on their placement. Tournament registration will open soon.

Live broadcast

Just like last year, it will be possible to watch the tournament live via livestream, which will be provided by the event’s technology partners – Konica Minolta and Orange Slovensko. Information about the broadcast will be available soon on the official channels.

7. 9. (Sunday): PRO-AM tournament – livestream, player registration, Chip&Putt Slovak Open for children, opening ceremony

8. – 9. 9. (Monday – Tuesday): First two rounds – stroke play – livestream

10. 9. (Wednesday): Final round (after CUT) – livestream
